Cheesy Jack Tacos

Need a quick dinner that everyone will love?  Try these mouthwatering tacos, filled with seasoned beef and lettuce in a creamy sauce, and they're on the table in 20 minutes.

Directions

Cook the beef in a 10 -inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat.

Stir the soup, water and taco seasoning mix in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Spoon about 1/3 cup beef mixture into the taco shells. Top with the cheese and lettuce.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
0.5 cup water
1 package (about 1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
8 taco shell, warmed
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese(about 4 ounces)
0.5 cup Shredded romaine lettuce
