Crispy Mexican Chicken

Crushed French fried onions mix with chili powder to coat boneless chicken breasts in this flavorful baked dish that's topped with melted taco blend cheese...yum!

Directions

Place 1 cup onions and the chili powder into a resealable plastic bag.  Seal the bag and crush the onions with a rolling pin.Pour the onion mixture onto a dish.  Press the chicken into the onion mixture to coat.  Place the chicken onto a baking sheet.  Top the chicken with the salsa and sprinkle with cheese.Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
