Directions

Heat the oven to 375°F.

Stir the flour, black pepper and thyme on a plate.  Coat the chicken with the flour mixture.  Place the chicken into an 11x8x2-inch baking dish.  Pour the gravy over the chicken.

Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve the chicken and gravy with the potatoes.

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
0.25 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
2 pounds bone-in chicken breast half, skin removed
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Chicken Gravy
