Easy Garlic Bread

Toasted baguette with butter, garlic and a sprinkle of Parmesan is a perfect accompaniment for your favorite soup.  Great for dunking to soak up every drop of delicious broth.  

Directions

Spread the cut sides of the bread with the butter.  Sprinkle with the garlic powder and cheese.

Bake at 400°F in a toaster oven for 4 minutes or until toasted.  Sprinkle with the parsley.

Ingredients

0.25 loaf (about a 6-inch piece) French baguette, cut in half lengthwise
4 teaspoons butter, softened (we like salted butter for this recipe)
0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
