Stir the picante sauce, orange juice and garlic powder in a shallow, nonmetallic dish. Add the chops and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove the chops from the picante sauce mixture.Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chops for 15 minutes or until they're cooked through, turning and brushing often with picante sauce mixture. Discard remaining picante sauce mixture.
