Open-Faced Ham & Cheese

2 tablespoons honey mustard or cranberry honey mustard
2 English muffin, split and toasted
12 very thin slices deli honey ham
4 slices Muenster cheese

Instructions
Heat the broiler. Spread the honey mustard on the cut sides of the muffins. Divide the ham among the muffins. Top with the cheese. Place the muffins onto a baking sheet.
Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
