Caviar & Egg Cups

Tender, flaky puff pastry cups hold a sensational combination of scrambled eggs, caviar and fresh chives. They’re the perfect brunch treat and guaranteed to impress your guests!

Directions

Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl with a fork or whisk.

Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until set, stirring often.

Spoon the egg mixture into the pastry cups.  Top with the caviar, crème fraiche, if desired, and chives.

2 egg
2 tablespoons milkor heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 package (9.5 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Cups, prepared according to package directions
2 tablespoons caviar
2 tablespoons crème fraîche
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
